Christmas at Mossel and Gin

All of December a 4-course Christmas menu

Arno our chef has created a December menu that fits the festive month perfectly. It includes an oyster and mini bisque, shared starters, a main course of your choice and then a chocolate mousse dessert for only 43,-
You can add an unlimited drinks arrangement for 25,-

Perfect for your Christmas dinner, but also simply a lovely meal on a weekday evening.
A la carte is ofcourse still available.

Mossel & Gin – Westergas, Amsterdam

Mossel & Gin is a restaurant located at Westergas in Amsterdam. We work with a young team and have been focusing on mussels, a compact menu and gin and tonics for over 10 years. No extensive menu, no unnecessary stress. Just good cooking, efficient work and having fun during service.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. If you are ambitious, willing to take responsibility and want to improve your skills in the kitchen, we will teach you the rest.

What you will be doing

You will work in a well-organised kitchen with a concise menu. We do the preparations during the day and service starts at 5 p.m. In winter, the kitchen is open until 9.30 p.m., and in summer until 10.30 p.m. You will assist with service, help with mise-en-place and gradually grow towards greater independence.

What we are looking for

We are looking for friendly, motivated people to work in our service team. Experience is not required. If you are hospitable, eager to learn and enjoy working with people, we will teach you the rest.

What are you going to do?

You will be part of the service team during lunch and dinner. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and make sure guests feel welcome. Because we work with a concise menu, you will quickly learn what you are serving and be able to advise guests well.
